In the early morning hours, Montgomery County authorities filed capital murder charges on 30-year-old Verna McClain. She is accused of killing Kala Golden in the parking lot of a doctor’s office Tuesday afternoon.
After firing several deadly shots, McClain admitted to investigators that she took Golden’s newborn, Keegan.
